1. Booking & Payments

All sessions, programs, courses, and services must be booked through the official booking channels provided on this website.

A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service selected.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Policy Every client experience is unique and personalized.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Refunds are generally not provided for booked sessions, courses, or services. Depending on the circumstances, rescheduling, service credit, or a comparable offering may be considered at Sorimar’s discretion.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session payment.

3. Healing & Coaching Disclaimer

Sorimar Estrada’s services, sessions, courses, readings, coaching, and healing work are intended for spiritual growth, personal development, energetic support, and self-discovery.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition.
